Oh! Shoes® Joins Global Shoe Relief Initiative
Company Launches Buy a Pair, Give A Pair Program
“Starting immediately, as a result of the partnership with Nashville-based global shoe charity Soles4Souls®, a free pair of shoes will be provided to a woman in need for each pair of Oh! Shoes sold online or at select retail locations. Formed as a relief effort following the 2004 Southeast Asian tsunami, Soles4Souls has donated more than 16 million pairs of shoes across 128 countries.
"Bringing relief to people in need fits perfectly with our companys mission to save womens feet by providing fashionable, healthy footwear," said Greg Van Gasse, CEO of Oh! Shoes. "We believe our one-for-one pledge is an excellent way to honor our customers while giving back to society. Our one-for-one partnership with Soles4Souls expands our company's mission to Save Women's Feet by also providing a free pair of footwear to women who are seeking to improve their lives. We are delighted that we can help women around the world experience a higher quality of life through this campaign," he said.
Soles4Souls partners with progressive companies in the footwear and fashion industries to directly impact the lives of people suffering from natural disasters or striving to break free from poverty.
